For clinics

Shared 2FA codes and logins for your whole team

Stop texting verification codes around the office. Give staff secure access to the accounts they need — and nothing else.

Why clinics use it

Built for a front desk, not just one person

Share without texting codes

Mark the portal, insurer or EHR login as shared and approved staff can copy its code themselves — no more screenshots or calling the doctor for a code.

Encrypted before it syncs

Codes and passwords are encrypted on the device. KeyAuthy's servers only ever hold scrambled data.

You decide who gets in

Nobody joins automatically. Every new person waits for your approval, and you can remove them in one tap.

Private items stay private

Only what you mark as shared is visible to staff. Your personal accounts stay yours.

Works where staff work

Mac, Windows, phone, web and the Chrome extension — one licence covers every device.

Pay once

No monthly fee per user. One payment covers your seats for life.

How it works

Set up your clinic in four steps

  1. 1

    Buy the clinic licence

Sign in with your work email (not Gmail or Outlook), name your clinic and pay. That email's domain becomes your clinic's domain, and you become the admin.

  2. 2

    Ask staff to sign in

They sign in to KeyAuthy with their work email on the same domain, using Google, email or a magic link.

  3. 3

    Approve them

They appear as Pending on the Team card in Settings. Tap approve — each approved person uses one seat.

  4. 4

    Share what they need

Open any code or login and turn on Shared. Approved staff see it right away.

Questions

Common questions

What happens when the seats are full?

Approve is turned off until you remove someone. A 5-seat clinic can upgrade to 10 seats for $60.

Does the admin use a seat?

No. Seats are for the staff you approve.

Can someone leave and take our codes?

Remove them from the Team card and they lose access to shared items immediately.

Can staff with a Gmail address join?

No. Only addresses on your clinic's own domain can request access, so outsiders can't join.
